Easy & Fast Hummus Recipe

Hummus lovers where you at!? Yes my hummus-sapiens, this is for you! If you like hummus as much as I do or just looking for an easy, fast, vegan snack or appetizer. This is a recipe you need to memorize. All you need is a good high-speed blender or hand blender and mix and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 small clove of garlic

  • 3 tablespoons of tahini

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 TBS water (or as wanted for desired consistency)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender like a Nutribullet, until smooth and serve with veggies of choice or pita bread.
